1. Agreement

By creating an account or using arfawedcraft.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Arfa Moments lets you create, publish and share animated wedding invitation webpages. Your first invitation is free. Additional invitations require the purchase of a plan that credits invitation slots to your account.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use in inviting guests to real events.

4. Plans and slots

The Starter plan (₹786) credits 5 invitation slots, the Popular plan (₹1,786) credits 12 and the Creator plan (₹9,999) credits 100. One slot is consumed each time a new invitation is created. Slots do not expire. All templates in the catalog, including templates released after your purchase, are available to use with your slots. Prices are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and may change for future purchases without affecting slots you already own.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of the text, photos, music links and other content you add to invitations. You grant us the limited right to store and display that content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to use any photo or music you link to, and that your content will not infringe anyone's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harmful; to impersonate others; to send spam; or to attempt to disrupt, probe or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Invitation availability

Published invitations remain publicly available until 7 days after the wedding date, after which the invitation and any uploaded files are automatically and permanently removed. Please save guest responses you wish to keep before then. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Our intellectual property

The templates, designs, animations, code and branding of Arfa Moments remain our property. Your use of a template within your invitation does not transfer any ownership of the template itself.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
